Isi: Sangraikelapa hingga berwarna cokelat muda, sisihkan. Masak gula jawa, pandan, daunjeruk, woods manis, waiting & garam dengan api kecil. Aduk hingga gula larut & rasamenyatu. Masukkan cocos sangrai, aduk rata & cepat hingga waiting gula terserapmerata. Sisihkan & biarkan mendingin. Sampah kayu manis & daun2an.

Juice pandan:Iris2 daun pandan berukuran ± 10 cm. Masukkan nanti blender/food presesor, beri air lalu haluskan. Keluarkan& penyaringan dengan saring halus. Akan saksi ± 26 dadar.Letakkan 1 smadonan isi di tengah, mayoritas cm dari deviasi satu tepi dadar, lipat sisiterdekat tsb setelah arah dlm. Lipat detik sisi atas dadar kearahtengah lalu gulung dadar.* Dapatdiganti menjangkau 1½ st Pasta/Ekstrak pandan botolan

Filling:Roast coconut until light brown; collection it aside. Cut the coconut/palm sugar.Cook coconut sugar, water, cinnamon, salt, pandan & lime leaves overlow heat; stirring constantly till the sugar fully dissolves & theflavor blended. Add in roasted coconut; stirring conveniently until the coconutabsorbs the liquid evenly. Set aside until it cool down. Discard the cinnamon stick& all leaves.Pandan juice:Slice pandan pipeline into~10 cm lengthy pieces. Ar pandan leaves & water ina blender/food processor & then process. Bawa pulang it out & pour through afine strainer. Save 60 ml that the pandan juice for produksi the pancake.Thin pancake:Combine the flour & salt; add in the eggs, coconut milk & water. Beatwell till it"s smooth, without any lumps. To water in pandan juice/extract & meltedbutter, stir well. Let it was standing for 15 minutes. Warm a kecil nonstick pan overmedium heat. Pour 3 tbsp that batter right into the pan. Immediately swirl the pan sothat batter consists the basic completely. Chef until the batter set; upper and lower reversal the pancake& cook the various other side. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the batter.Makes~26 thin pancakes.
